The 90th Division Association WWII Report Project.

We are proud to announce the start of a project of monumental importance to the heritage of the members of the 90th Division in World War II.

The historians of the 90th Division Association were charged by the Executive Committee, with the approval of the general membership, to gather up and digitize all of the 90th's Divisional After Action Reports (AAR's) and all of the Daily Morning Reports (DMR'S) of all 90th Division units in Europe during WWII and any supporting documents discovered in the process. It is a tremendous project to undertake, but the 90th Division Association is determined to preserve the records and the heritage of the great men and women of the 90th Infantry Division.

On these pages, will be posted, the original 90th Division AAR'S from the beginning of the 90th Division's part in the invasion on June 6, 1944, right thru to the end of the war in Europe. The 90th Division Daily Morning Reports will follow the After Action Reports.

We currently have all of the AAR's and approximately 1/2 of the Daily Morning Reports and are in the process of retrieving the remaining half. Upon receipt of the rest of these documents, the scanning will commence and those will be posted here for all to see and use.

They are scanned from original, declassified, Secret and Top Secret documents acquired from the US Government.

We expect the whole project to take up to 2 years as there are literally thousands of documents to be processed. A special thanks to Mr M. Hogg for his dedication and tireless effort in transcribing these original documents for us.

Please check back here periodically to see how the project is progressing.

Current Status as of 10/31/2010 - Transcriptions of Divisional AAR's posted for June 1944 through May 1945 inclusive . Original scans not available currently for 1945 and some months of 1944.
