Richard Shapiro - Med Det writes: "Picture enclosed: After being a POW for 30 days and escaping, I am hiking back to the 90th............."  
  Wayne Caruso contributes a letter home written by his uncle Cpl John Caruso - 358th K Co.  "....... You don't have to worry Ma, about me being in the infantry. It's really not so bad as long as I watch myself......." A story about Blanco "Coe" Eller - 358th A Co. tells of his life as a farmer, his entry into the 90th, his death in France and his nephew's efforts trying to get the medals his uncle never received.
